Book of Mormon Challenge

so a couple weeks ago the missionaries came knocking on the door and gave me a book of mormon and told me to give it no a non member...i was thinking sure no problem this is so easy...i forgot that it WAS the first week of school so then i got kind of nervous. but they said to write my testimony in it and share it with someone. so this girl i met at school is a freshman and i felt that she would like to have one. so i pulled her aside at lunch one day and explained to her what it was...and she lit up! she held it to her chest and said "thank you so much!" she was so happy. ever since then she texts me and tells me what questions she has and she just lets me know how she is doing. this experience really helped me in my own personal life. i know that there are people out there that need to hear the gospel...they are yearning for something else in their life, but they just dont what there missing. so it is our job to be the best examples that we can, and be their friend, and try to help them understand the gospel. maybe, just maybe they will come to church one day and feel what they have been missing. this experience really opened my eyes to going on a mission and serving the lord by teaching his people.
